Return Window You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Please note that unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
